What's Included

Seattle Paint Party provides a mobile art experience from start to finish, including:

• Professional art facilitation: Step-by-step instruction from a teaching artist, with guidance for beginners and experienced creatives alike.

• All art supplies: Canvases, acrylic paints, brushes, easels, aprons, palettes, table protection, and decorative embellishments as needed for the selected activity.

• Setup and cleanup: We handle the art station setup and post-event cleanup.

• A guided creative experience: Residents create their own artwork while connecting with neighbors in a fun, low-pressure setting.

• Flexible activity options: Choose from traditional paint parties, vision boards, seasonal art projects, and other creative experiences.

The residential community provides the event space, tables, and chairs. Seattle Paint Party brings the creativity!

Residential Event Pricing

Paint Party Package, Up to 15 Guests: $500 plus tax.

Includes art materials, setup and cleanup, and approximately 1.5 hours of guided instruction.

Additional Guests: $25 per person

For groups larger than 15, each additional participant is $25. For example:

• 15 guests — $500

• 20 guests — $625

• 25 guests — $750​

• We understand that every residential community has a budget for resident events, and we're happy to work with your team to explore flexible pricing and creative options that fit your budget and community needs.

A $250 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed payment schedule.

Travel fees may apply for locations more than 5 miles from Seattle. Pricing for alternative art activities, larger events, or custom projects may vary based on materials, attendance, and event requirements.

How to Book

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry
Contact Seattle Paint Party with your property name, preferred event date, estimated number of residents, and budget.

Step 2: A member of our team will get in contact with you to secure the date, time and details.

Step 3: Confirm Your Event
Once the details are finalized, we'll confirm your booking and collect the deposit to reserve your date.

Step 4: We Bring the Art to You!
Our teaching artist arrives early to set up, facilitates the creative experience, and handles cleanup so your team can enjoy the event alongside your residents.
