Let your imagination run wild and experience the joy of creating your very own masterpiece! HOW IT WORKS: -Lets Chat! and confirm a Theme and Date! Im super flexible so this always works out! -Pick a theme- I'm really great at simplifying an image so that its paintable! -Pay deposit of $150- You are able to pay the rest right before the event. -Location: Private location of your choice- (Please make sure there is adequate tables and chairs) -We will come 1 hour before the Paint Part of the event for set up. Keep in mind I do NOT come an hour before the event but an hour before Paint time. For example: if the party starts at 3:00 pm but paint time isn't until 3:30 . I will arrive at 2:30 pm. -Paint Time is prompt! I will begin instruction at scheduled time. - I pre-sketch images on the Canvass unless instructed otherwise! -Everything is included- Canvass, Easels, Paint brush, Paint, Pallete, Set Up and take down. -tax is added on to final Payment

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction Welcome to Seattle Paint Party. By booking our paint party services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. 2. Booking and Payment A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 1 day after the event. Payments can be made via online. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. 3. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations made 2 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 day of the event will forfeit the deposit. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, a full refund will be provided, or the option to reschedule. 4. Event Details The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue with sufficient space for all attendees. Our team will arrive 1 hour before the scheduled start time for setup. The client must ensure that all attendees are aware of the dress code (if applicable) and any potential for paint stains. 5. Liability Seattle Paint Party is not responsible for any damage to property or personal belongings. Attendees participate at their own risk, and we are not liable for any injuries sustained during the event. 6. Use of Materials All materials and equipment provided by Seattle Paint Party are for use during the event only. Attendees may take their artwork home, but must not use our materials for commercial purposes. 7. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent. 8. Photography and Media We may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be included. 9. Amendments Seattle Paint Party reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
